#1 is his mother (when they were indeed showing a movie from home), #3 is Bayliss, and #5 is his boxing gloves.

I know the answers to #s 2, 3, and 5 on the first round. I somewhat disagree with "Kid Doctor" for #2. Doesn't anyone remember that Trapper was "Big John" to Mildred Pheeny in the episode Adam's Ribs. At least, that's the first thing that leapt to my mind. The answer to #3 is "We Never Close," like others have said, and the answer to #5 is that Hawkeye used a golf bag in place of a boot at the end of the show, like, again, others have said. For #1 of the second round, I want to say Loretta Swit, because she was also a singer, but I don't actually know. Charles first patient in Fade Out, Fade In was a doctor, as mentioned here. I don't remember his name and I didn't remember that he was Jewish, but I do remember more or less what was wrong with him. His chest was hurt and when Hawkeye operated, he was forced to create a soft spot in the artery, giving the doctor, who was sure that he would die, and anureism. No one at the 4077th knew how to do anureisms yet, but fortunately Charles did and the doctor was saved. In "Private Charles Lamb" the lamb was given an emergency discharge, which I think was hardship or something, because there was almost a death in the family. In "Point of View" Private Rich said more than one word. When Hawkeye first told him to say something he said, "I don't know what to say," and at the end, like applemartini mentioned, he said, "Thank you." I believe patients were usually shipped to the 121st evac.

For round three, I think princessbubbleyum is comepletly right except for #2. Mildred Potter played the banjo. Father Mulcahy's sister played the saxaphone.
